Bonus 1% to ST for each Enchantment point
This bonus applies only to trained ST and ST from Tattoo of Augmentation. Giant Strength is calculated after armor penalties/bonuses.
Negative 3% to Direct Damage Spells cast by the wearer
Negative 2.25% to Enchant Offense Spells cast by the wearer
Negative 2% to Enchant Defense Spells cast by the wearer
No penalty to DX and Skills with 1-handed melee weapons.
Negative 12% to DX and Skills with 2-handed melee weapons.
Negative 5 to Unarmed Combat (UC).

Durability : [125 , 25] (Uses 30 BA / cycle) - Approximate forging efficiency = ~0.90 (needs more testing, there are great fluctuations starting at 0.87 going up to 0.94)

Commonly used on ST Focused Tanks.
After the recent changes [2] this shield has another use; by adding ST you can lower Encumbrance of that minion and it provides decent AC.
