How does paypal work? (in General)

I made this account in 2005 using an old Email address but I want to buy a Mace of Disruption via paypal in the 'special items' section.

I was wondering that if I use a different email in paypal, would the MoD still get delivered to this account?

Yes it will. It doesn't matter what PayPal account you purchase it with.
