Does the auctioneer ever auction off Noldorin Spellcasters? Is it possible to get them as random drops?
No the auctioneer will never put up an auction for Noldorin Spellcasters and they will never show up in a drop. Those are supporter items and so they can only come by buying them from another player or getting them straight from the game for real money. You can get another player to purchase them and give them to you though.

NSCs are special items, you can purchase them for USD under the Businesses section, as such they are not available as a random drop or from the auctioneer.

I see. Well, so much for my strat.
Just post in fs/wtb that you are looking for some. It might take a while and probably around 6 mil I'm guessing but you will be able to get them.
