Proxy Error? (in General)

Am I the only one getting this?
To prevent cheating, access to CB via open proxy is disallowed. You must connect directly with your real IP (or via an institutional proxy).

I can't get on my computer. Only my phone and my phone is slow even on CB.

After connecting with my phone, I was able to connect with my PC.

Yes, the same for me. If I wanted to click home though it would happen again and I have to click on my phone on my phone just to get it running back again. Glad I'm not the only one having this problem.

Me too, on my phone. Thought it was a bad connection, then went to bed. It's all good now.
