This morning I put on my MgS and lost 6 UC. I would assume that this is the -5 UC + -1% skill. Is this double penalty intended?
I already have a slightly over 13.5% penalty to UC just from equipping MgS, I imagine this is only going to get worse too, as the -5 accounts for more and more.
That's the nastiness of UC :(
