a) what are xfer fees?
b) When do the 'Richards' start? Immediately, or after the three days when signups are complete?

The transfer fees for a character are: $100,000 + 4/3 * MPR + transfer fees for all items/cash on it.(There will be no items coming with this char.)

Having to Call this Contest off for personal reasons. What I will do if everyone agrees is offer up a 5 Mil prize for the winner since that would be close to what the xfers would be.
