ToE idea (in General)

seeing as this tat is more or less bleh...why not let it reduce ga damage again and have it add steel skin to all minions?

Why GA damage? Its retribution, you shouldn't be able to stop retribution.
I would much rather see it reduce RoBF damage, a tat to counter a tat.

I proposed that same things months ago and nobody cared.

I would hope that letting the ToE reduce 2 of the 4 types of damage would perhaps let it be more useful than the dreck it currently is.

But on the positive side, it does not have to be a high level tattoo to be useful. Which is very helpful at the top ranks if you have a medium level tattoo.

I remember Ranger that you suggested that it reduce all Magical Damage to some extent and then someone came up with an Inverted Tattoos Idea and it died away.

I think Nem came up with the inverted Tats.
