Ok another question. With evasion my trained screen shows this:
Evasion 5,088,389 4,038,404 205 187
but when I attack this shows : Total Evasion 167 167
now I know I have read many times how evasion has been blasted... but why does it show an effect of 205 then when I attack it is only 167? I don't get it :/
doesn't show the nno-DX cut in the equip screen because haste and EC haven't been factored in yet

It's always 167 though, vs. EC or not, and I don't use haste. I was just curious why it shows 205 on the train, but in battles it is 167.

Train some frigging DEX man!
You're either not understanding, or not reading the wiki.
Evasion's listed level on the train page assumes that you have enough dex to allow evasion to be at it's max effect. Without that dex, you get the lower value for your Total Evasion.
They changed Evasion a while back so now it will only act up to 60%, I think, of its max amount if its not within a certain range of your Dex.
