So will it be 6 bucks as a new supporter item or 11 bucks as a generic supporter item?

Some forging Scribbles, just to log them somewhere.
150 minutes gets me 10.912% increase (at +25).
Cooling it makes 21.823% (10.911% increase so first timing isn't good yet.).
30 minutes for 2nd timing: 76.382% (54.559% increase this timing is somewhat perfect).
Cooling it makes 98.205% (21.823% increase which is the usual.).
Second attempt:
120 minutes gets me the Forge Dwarf. :x
Third attempt:
160 minutes
from 98.205 to 109.533% (went over 100%, so this also only gave 11.328% increase)
Fourth attempt:
170 minutes
from 20.699% to 40.553% making a 19.834% increase. (which makes sense with the 20:10:50:20 ratio on RPM increases.)
Cooling from 40.533 to 50.480% which is 9.947% increase.
30 minutes made it from 50.480% to 0.105% (went over 100%) so made 49.625% increase.
Cooling from 0.105% to 20.426%
19.834 : 9.947 : 49.625 : 20.426 makes a
1,99 : 1 : 4,99 : 2,05 ratio which looks pretty fine to me, even more when it says this already:
You feel quiet satisfaction as you gaze on your Breastplate of Expertise.

Oh wow, the upgrade curve for this armor is almost exactly the average of the the MCM and the AC.

Final forging formula I found is (170 , 30)
Uses 39 BA which is a lot but can't get it any smaller I think.
And indeed, it's similar to any other big armor ;)

So, basically it's a slightly weaker Mithril Cuirass, same overall penalties except less UC penalty ?
That can't be "it", especially with a 0.2 power rating (when MC has 0.1).
There's got to be some additional "features" coming up for it Soonル.

let him finish it and announce it himself, lol.

But it's so much more fun to GUESS, isn't it ?
Let's start with the sanme, shall we ? :)
So... rumour has it that it's going to have similar effects to the RoE.
Or... rumour has it that it's going to boost edged weapon PTH by 50% of enchantment value.
Or... rumour has it that it's going to reduce the effect of enemy EO by 33% of enchantment value in percents.
Anybody else care to take a wild stab at the dark ? :P
Breastplate of Expertise: Doubles the effectiveness of all skills (post-DX penalty). Evasion and UC are good again (except for Mr. Kano-san...)
Going to be a MC with a fancy name!

Since base effects seem to be the rage now :
Lowers the penalties on other pieces of armor by 50%!
