Did you guys also noticed that most tanks in this thread, have little or no dex at all? (CB1 anyone? tanks didn't need dex there either)

I don't know about you, I just sample through the last 8 tanks that posted and everyone has at least 2mil dex. The word "most" seems to come out of no where.

the only one on this thread with no dex is novice and he has haste, so that would leave no one.

Henk is just doing his ordinary thing by being anti everyone and everything.
