Armor ideas... (in General)

So as I sit bored, eagerly waiting for more change month changes...
I began contemplating armor ideas.

1) Body armor working with tattoos?
Why not. I don't mean simply, "Hey! Let me have my cake and eat it too!"
But why not a give and take. Say allow body armor to be worn with a tattoo but with a general reduction in the over all functionality.
ie. You could wear your ToA and your TSA but the TSA would have a reduction in armor points (say a percentage including base and +) as well as a further reduction to regeneration and such.
Maybe a bit more complicated than it's worth but I haven't created a thread in a while so here we are.

Secondly) With the recent reduction in AC (the whole SS thing) how about some new armor slots? Dare I say it... PANTS. Or even armor for the arms, like vambraces, something to go from your glove to your shoulder. And if #1 (above) doesn't tickle you then arm armor could be worn with a tattoo providing more AC and what ever fancy ideas Jon could give them, maybe bonuses to ST or/and DD.. BRACERS OF FOCUS (for DD spells I know we have gloves that can do that but those could be used WITH NS. Just make them less potent or much more expensive to upgrade than AG so's to keep the AG viable).

C) There was a C... and now I've forgotten what it was. Maybe for the best.

I think we have enough. Besides, if we add pants, next month someone will want socks. The month after that we'll need underwear.

Might as well get pets while we're at it.
