If I have a +10 AoI, +100 DBs, an evasion of 80 effect, and an RoBF at 3x the NW of +120 DBs, how would the stacking work in both ranged and melee rounds, and in what order? (I'm fairly sure RoBF - doesn't work from my tests, but that could just be from altered stacking effects from equipping the RoBF.)
RoBF would add plus as if you added the NW to a pair of 120 dbs...
Well, that's how it should work... it's as if you spent 1/3 the NW (of your max tat) on upping the dbs.
Here's the test I did. G_Beee's char usually hits me approximately 20% of the time. After equipping a 2M level RoBF, I'm still being hit approximately 20% of the time. This could be just because of the AoI stacking linearly before equipping the RoBF and nonlinearly after equipping, but I somewhat doubt it.
How wide a sampling did you take?
What's the NW of a 2 mil lvl tat now?
Yeah I already did some testing for the Robf evasion and found it lacking
Here
But the Aoi supposedly adds a straight 20 on top of DB's and evasion works with DB's by changing the Evasion effect on db + aoi into Exp then adding all the exp together and getting a new evasion exp total and effect... but only part of that (the original evasion effect) grants Defensive Dex.

From what I understand, stacking order does not matter. All db like effects are converted into evasion levels then added up. Say an evasion of level 20 has an effect of 2000 (making this up). Then equipping AOI is the same as adding 2000 skill level to your evasion. Similarly, if an evasion of skill level 100000 has effect of 100, then equipping that DB of yours adds 100000 to your evasion. This is only added for evasion effect though. Defensive dex stays at where ever you trained them + dex bonus. So, if you have a big evasion, EB>DB as it adds both to effect and defensive dex.
I can't say I know the exact NW, seeing how I used Ranger's 6M level tat. Could someone with a level 2M tat find out?
I am confused on the Robf's evasion, do you need DBs equipped for its evasion to take effect?

No you do not. However, since I'm pretty convinced that RoBF's evasion effect actually doesn't work, it's a moot point.
