HoC Forging Formula (in General)

Does anyone know the forging formula for the Helm of Clearsight?

The Wiki says "Durability [32,6] (Uses 12 BA per cycle)".

Hmm, seems like the forging information should reside in the Forging Formulae page rather than on each individual page...at least that is how I wrote the forging page a long time ago...

That makes no sense Glory, there are links on the forging page to each items individual page in the wiki.

There is no Helm of Clearsight on there under Headgear. That is why I asked.

Since each item is directly linked from the forge, I think that forging formulae page is just unnecessary work, and I believe most people don't even realize that page exists, which is why it doesn't get updated as often as each items' page.
