Nerevas/Legolas Deal (in Public Record)

I am buying Legolas's An Assassin's Crossbow [4x650] (+70) for 1.25mil + A Morgul-Hammer [84x400] (+40).

Both items are in rentals. My MH will return in 5 days and I will send it then. I am renting the axbow for 100k which will be reduced from the 1.25mil. I will also send the cash immediately.
