Interested by the title? Read on.

The name of the game is simple:

My program that listens for someone saying "the" magic phrase has started the second this thread has been made. [If you don't know what I'm talking about see the Wiki page for more information.] All you have to do is talk and hope that you're the one that gets it. The reward is a completely free 1.87M MPR character, Conundrum. Transfers will be paid by me so you have nothing to worry about but winning! Just think what you could do once Jon starts the free re-training, too!

Also, as of now, there are no hints that will be given out. As time progresses hints may be given out, but it's not guaranteed! The regular rules of no spamming should be enforced by all Chat OPs so that flooding the room doesn't happen.

A quite generous donation by Ranger (the real one that is currently named Popsicle Man) of $1,000,000 has been made, so thank him while you're playing this game because it wouldn't have been possible without him!

Yeah, it's great how many competitions there are for chat these days. The only decent contest some of us can enter is Barzoo's botcheck contest and even then people in American timezones get to benefit.
Some of us just end up with the shortest straw available I suppose :)

serial, you aren't meant to be desperately trying to guess it, SNK does these contests to encourage people to chat.
The contest is here to force people to discuss topics partially in hope that one of them will trigger the program, this results in a much more sociable chatroom.
This is not to promote spam from people spouting random phrases relating to CB or anything specific in hope of winning.
I'm pretty sure SNK has also made it at least common to a reasonable extent so that someone has a good chance of winning it.

I asked SNK3R if the phrase was 2 words long.
His answer: Yes.

Naming the char would cost SNK 150k, and I doubt he would want to do that.
