I'm not getting the 8 hour cooldown penalty today - has anyone else noticed this? A bug, a Sunday-no-Clan-Points thing, or could it maybe be....

Nope, it seems to be active for me.

But seriously I'm still not getting cooldown...
I just tried again for the first time since I posted 3 hours ago - still no cool down for me, too...
And we would have gotten way with it, too, if it weren't for those pesky kids! "ruh-roh, Raggy!" ;)
Okay, now some items have cool down, and some don't - Helm's Gauntlets, Elven Boots and HoE re-equip no problem, Gi and Elven Cloak have cool down... hmmmmmmm...
I repeat the pondering from my original post up there ^ :P
could be that you are re-equiping them within the 5 min time limit
Nope, Elven Boots still have the penalty. Anything else been demonstrated to be exempt?
