Oooohhhh - those Mocha Hearts sound reeeaaalllyyyyy good - how can you go wrong with chocolate & coffee?

And Rommel, I don't know how I'll prove it, but when the time comes I will really say "Mrs. Monkey , will you bake me some of these?" and she'll laugh and tell me that there's something wrong with me (which is a daily occurrence anyway) :P

Then she'll surprise me with a batch when I get home from work the next day :)

Okay, I can't find a good photo. These are quick, can be done in the microwave, and you can eschew the "platter" for some simple waxed paper. My favorite non-dough cookie!

Looky here

Ooooohhhhhh! I 'd be able to make those myself! And after chocolate and coffee, oatmeal comes next on my list of favorite cookie ingredients!
