Tattoo bug, it won't grow (in General)

I'm not sure what happened, but since the MPR bug fixation few days ago, my tattoo won't grow. My max tattoo level is already passed the tattoo level, and it's the correct max tattoo level because I've already did the train 2 str, and untrained it.

Max tattoo level is 441,920, and my tattoo stuck at 433,020. I've already trained like 40 k worth of experience and nothing happened.

If your tattoo is named, that adds 4% for purposes of your effective level.

i thought i heard somewhere that after tatto grows so big, that it starts doin jumps of like 5k but takes longer to train it up

i had the same "problem" TrueDevil. just give it a little bit, it will keep growing.

And about how much it levels:

Under 500k--Levels when you train xp, or will autotrain when it gets 250 levels. Tattoo ends in either 20 or 70 with the rare 000 occasionally.

Between 500k and 1 million--Levels in increments of 1k levels. Will autotrain when it gets that amount of xp or if you train when it has that amount. Usually ends in 020 but will end in 000 for a very short time until it gains 20 levels.

Over 1 million--Same levelling pattern as 500k-1 million but always ends in 000.

hmm, I'm getting confused about named tattoo. The effectiveness of tattoo lvl gained 4 % ? or is it just the exp that the tattoo gained increased by 4 % ? or both ?

named tat's act as if they are 4% larger, unless they are and RoE, in which case they give the minion wearing it, ~30% more XP (more actually if named)

named tattoos function as if they were 4% higher level. They do NOT gain more xp then normal tattoos. BUT with respect to MTL, the naming apparently does count towards that calculation.


IE if you have a 500k tattoo and your MTL is 510k, unnamed tattoo will grow, while a named tattoo will not since it functions at a 520k level. Both the unnamed and named tattoos grow the same.
