I used to play daily, but I don't play any more. CB was my home page on IE, and now I can't seem to change it. I go to tools, internet options and change my home page, but it always changes back to CB. Any idea how I can get rid of this bug?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I dunno, click "OK" instead of "Cancel"? :p

I can get it to re-set to a different page, the new address shows up in the home page window. I click apply, I click OK, I've tried everything. It works for a while. If I click home it brings me to the newly assigned page, until I restart the browser, then it's back to CB. I've run Spy Sweeper, and Bit Defender trying to clean things up, but it just won't go away.
Is this a sign? Should I start playing again?

The home page is kept in your registry, search for a program named HijackThis and edit the home page directly through the reg editor that is included. This means stay out of the registry, and let a program edit the information needed.

Aco & mrwuss,
Thanks for the advice, I'll see what I can do with it.
So far, I can't find HijackThis (did a search on my hard drive), but I'm looking for registry info to change.
Deleting my temporary files and cookies hasn't helped but I'll look for more files in the system.
It's a good place to start.

do a google search for Hijackthis and download, and install it. It's an extremely useful program.
