Transfer Message Contest (in Contests)

This how it works. Send an item or cash or combination of both to Storage Tank. Then include with the transfer a message. The winning submission wins everything sent as well as $10,000. I will also be paying for the transfer fees of the prizes as they go to the winner.

Submissions will be judged based on the relation between the message and the item/money transfered as well as how funny the transfer was. I will pick the winner based on this criteria. Non-PG submissions will be disqualified and no refunds will be made.

This will be tricky since the space aloud to make the message is short (20 characters), which is why I think this would be an interesting contest. I will allow running gags if you wish, but sending an item and part of the message followed by $1 transfers with the rest of the message defeats the purpose of this contest. I'll provide a few examples just to give you an idea.

Transfer: $1
Message: My daily earnings

Transfer: $100,000
Message: My taxes owed

Transfer: Tulwar
Message: Useless Item

The first two can be a running gag. They are each amusing on their own, but together they are much funnier. Each part of a running gag ought to be able to stand on it's own is all I'm saying. Just to let you know before someone complains that I ignored their multi transfer joke.

Once you have made your submission please post the transfer log up on this post just as you would for any Public Record deal. The transfer log will include the items sent and the message, so that is all you'll need to post.

It's okay, I moved stuff to Valk in order to make space. If the winner needs me to sell off items to the store and send the money, that will be arranged as well. So send away SC.

I made another char to handle all the transfers. Storage Tank is now empty so just keep sending the items there. If you do get an error, then Storage Bin is your next choice. The problem is mostly armour at the moment.

I was trying to see if I could upgrade the PTH on the sling to a point where it was a viable weapon. It didn't work very well, hence the message "Slingin' Idiot Tax"

Sorry Vampire King I didn't get it until I had already made my decision with a little help from someone, thanks again helper. As far as Shade's last response goes I'm afraid it's a late entry, but I had expected it from the beginning, I was starting to think no one would do it. :) As for SoulCalibur, I'm sorry, I did find your submissions funny, but if you read the rules carefully then you would know that dividing the message over many transactions defeats the purpose of the contest, good thing they were only leathers though and that they are totally out of style. :)

And no like some announcer who takes way to long to announce the winner. I'll tell you now that the entire prize pot goes to smallpau1. Runners up were Shade and BooDiggity. The helping judges favorite was Carnt Spall. Since this contest went so well I will also be giving two runner ups and Carnt Spall each $10,000 cash prizes from my own pocket as well.

Sorry Shade for not answering you sooner. I treated your submissions collectively, of course counting running gags more then two unrelated jokes. But what stood out for me was Smallpau1's Armet joke, your mage gear and leet joke, and BooDiggity's Bastard Sword submission.

Since I was allowing running gags I was disallowing people from winning multiple rankings. So Smallpau1's Breast plate and Boo's "Waaaaachaaa" went to thier credit, but I tried not to let this be a competition of who submitted most, just who submitted best.

As for the final word though I gave your three names, not submissions, to a trusted judge and he told me his pick with naming any particulars. If he wants to share what stood out as the best of your submissions, well then I'll leave it up to him to post it if he wants.

I 'd like to give maulaxe props on the Hamlet reference:
