Jon, A new idea for Tattoo's (in General)

For us old players we all remember the old days of tattoo trading and renting. With the changes that were made all that came to a halt. Now for the new idea. Bring back loaning and renting of tattoos with 0 harm done to them but only for tattoos that are under 100k, after they hit 100k it can no longer go into rentals and will lose 1% when unequiped just like the other tattoos. Why do i want the change when i already have the biggest tattoo in the game? Because as a new player with all the changes made to the tattoos its hard to get started. You no longer get a tattoo with a supportership. The game is a lot better with new players coming in all the time and i think this change would help them out.

I looked this one over, and at first I said "Bah! Tattoo rental breaks things!" But, then I started thinking about how I got my foot in the door in this game - I rented a Lv 70,000 tattoo over and over until my PR exceeded 20K, at which point I signed up and bought my own. I owe my success to my tat, and the now nonexistent tattoo rental.
I agree with the 100K limit proposed, but not with the 0 penalty. The 1% will probably get made up during use on rental so it is no biggie, plus it dampens the effect of levelling tattoos in the background.
Low (read: 20) level tattoos NEVER got rented, so the artifical upper bound plus the lower bound ensures that some lowly doesn't climb to the top overnight with a super-tattoo.
Looking back, I think 70K was really broken. My Jiggy is 30K now and it's plenty strong enough to get a newbie or a guy like me the extra edge needed to earn that crucial extra 3 XP.
So I propose a slight modification to the above idea: Limit to level 50K, keep the 1% penalty for unequipping it, and disallow players with PR > 50K to rent tattoos.

MAYBE JON SHOULD HAVE HIS OWN RENTAL SHOP OF TATS FOR NEWBS, SO THAT NO ON CAN RENT THEIR <100K TATTOOS, THE 1% LOSS MIGHT TAKE YOU 99K TATTOOS BACK TO A LOWER LVL...

Can somebody translate that to English?

There is still a big problem with the 1% lose of exp. Ok so i rent a ToJ use all my BA on it and then just to screw someone over i equip and unequip till the ToJ is back down to 20. The above idea was to help new chars out and yes it could be only let them rent or loan till level 50k however that level could be changed at a later time also. With the biggest tattoos at level 300k-450k having a limit at 50k for rental would be fine but when the tattoos have levels of over 1mil then it might be time to raise the limit again.
