How do I forge? (in General)

I am not looking for someone to forge my weapon Im just wondering how to go about forging a weapon. Can someone please enlighten me. Thanks

But I would advise against doing it:

1) Your PR is too low to be efficient
2) Who knows if the forge recipes are the same, so you might be wasting BA ;)
